1. Introduction

Welcome to Quadrant Wines (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and to all purchases of goods (including alcoholic beverages) made online through our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Legal Drinking Age

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age or to purchase alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18.

We reserve the right to:

·         • Request proof of age at the point of delivery.

·         • Refuse delivery if identification cannot be produced.

3. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

·         • Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

·         • Product availability.

·         • Pricing errors or issues with payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total amount.

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

5. Delivery

We deliver within New Zealand only. You must provide a delivery address where a person aged 18 or over is available to accept the delivery. If no one eligible is available, the order may be returned to us and redelivery costs may apply.

Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by external courier services.

6. Refunds and Returns

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty goods. If you are unhappy with a product you have received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:
